We accept orders online via our secure store or by email, post or telephone.
We aim to process your order within 72 hours (weekdays).
Monies must be received prior to freighting goods.
Via the online store we accept Visa and Mastercard. For email and telephone order we accept direct debit.
We will use various freight companies and/or Australia Post depending on who can ensure the most effective delivery at a reasonable cost.
When you order we will require a street address for the courier to deliver to, rather than a PO box.
Please contact us, should a delivery be late, incorrect or damaged.
We charge a flat rate Packaging and delivery fee. Please see below for flat rate details to your region.

For International orders we will email you with a postage quote once order has been received.
We expect our cleaners to perform to a high standard.
If you are not satisfied with the cleaning products, please contact us to discuss your concerns and to organise a refund and return if required.
Despite the natural ingredients in our products, some people react or are allergic to natural substances. Whilst allergic reactions are extremely rare and unexpected, Clean Conscience cannot be responsible for allergies to products and resultant ailments if any.
